I just moved to Jacksonville and this place is very convenient for me. My only difficulty (not their fault) is that it's a little hard to find. Once you're off the main road, the back of the building is what you see. And it's not marked very well back there. Even google maps can't seem to get it right. But, once found it's the typical great Starbucks.

It was an incredible experience from start to finish. I ordered two iced coffees. What I am assuming was the head barista (they were wearing a mask, so I assume they were hiding their identity because they are so popular) asked us not once, but twice how many Splenda packets did we need. What attentive service! Or maybe we could hear them with the mask on and the 198 decibal music playing throughout the "restaurant". It was mear moments later that we received the best iced coffee's we've ever had ( we ended up adding some extra Splenda, but that wasn't their fault, we just love our coffee sweet.

Alexis, Alex, Alexa, and Christina were the most amazing light in my day with their smiles, amazing customer service and hospitality. They are such amazing people and you can see it in the way they treat customers day in and day out. I haven't been impressed in a long time until today with their customer service with the Starbucks company but I am so glad to see amazing customer service brought back to Starbucks!! You guys made my day!!!!! The coffee was perfectly sweet like you guys and the sandwich was delicious!
